Story Pitching

We belong to the Midwest Travel Writers Association, America's oldest organization of travel journalists.  We attend twice-annual conferences and stay in touch with the writers all year long. Kathleen is on the Board of Directors through 2007. We "pitch" story ideas to the MTWA members and other journalists on a regular basis.

News Releases

We write and distribute news releases to area, regional and national media. Our media database includes more than 1,000 travel and feature writers and editors.

Media Tours

We plan and conduct  site visits and familiarization tours for the media, meeting planners and tour operators. We also host individual journalists.

Grant Writing & Administration

We write, administer and implement tourism grants that bring dollars from state and federal agencies and other sources to work for you.

Advertising & Marketing Plans

We create short-term and long-term marketing and advertising plans that target your needs and fit your budget.

Project Management

We coordinate and complete those special projects that you don’t have the time or expertise to do in-house. For example, if you need a new brochure, we’ll assemble a team to write, design, print and distribute the brochure, from start to finish.

Brainstorming

We sit down with you and your staff and brainstorm new ways to promote and upgrade your product.
